For some reason our ipad POS screen stopped providing the amount of change to give the customer on cash sales. How do we turn it back on? When we are busy it speeds things along to have changed calculated for us.
Same. I've never run into this but my first step before I called support would be to uninstall and reinstall as mentioned by maxsdeli

I'd also recommending updating the app maybe? It should still show but the message doesn't stay up for super long.
