POS stopped showing how much change to give back on cash sale

For some reason our ipad POS screen stopped providing the amount of change to give the customer on cash sales. How do we turn it back on? When we are busy it speeds things along to have changed calculated for us.

I'd also recommending updating the app maybe? It should still show but the message doesn't stay up for super long.

I don’t think we’ve ever experienced this so, I don’t have an answer other than, restart or reinstall the app?

Same. I've never run into this but my first step before I called support would be to uninstall and reinstall as mentioned by maxsdeli
