We take phone orders and enter them into our POS in our bakery. Occasionally a customer will call back and want to change the pickup date/time for the order. Is there no way to change that on an order that has been entered? I can understand not being able to edit an order that has been completed, but changing the order pickup date and/or time seems to be elementary. Please tell me I'm missing something.
@SkipGSav Have you checked in the order manager? I think you can change the pick time there and it will notify the customer. I am not sure that will re-enter into the work flow especially if it has already printed...do you all use the kds system?
