POS Order not showing in orders

I placed an order for one of the items I sell on my iPad using the POS app, and it shows the transaction, but the order won't show up in the orders section on the iPad, or on my website. Please help!

@KeatonHammack In-person orders that are keyed in the POS app never go into the order flow, which contains orders customers place online in your store and/or in other third party order apps (like DoorDash, for instance).  To get an order there — say if a customer calls you to place an order over the phone — you’ll need to go into your online store and place the order that way.  That will allow you to collect other information that you need — like customer name, address — as well as fulfillment method (pickup, delivery, shipping, etc)
