This seems like a potential glitch in the register system. Our team is required to input our owner password if they get to the final page of a transaction but then need to backtrack to add extra items to the transaction. This isn't listed in permissions so we're not sure how to work around it.
Hey @boconnor- One thing you can check is a Passcode setting in the app. It should say "require passcode when backing out of a sale" in the Passcodes settings. You'll want to make sure that's disabled.
If it already is disabled, I'd suggest calling our CS team so they can do some further investigation!
