Hello Community,
I have been using Square for several months. Last week over $400 of transactions "disappeared" from my sales report and I contacted Square Support and they said that I was wrong. They reviewed the logs and said that it never happened. I am furious! Square has been accurate up to this point. I saw the sales report before the transactions disappeared, our inventory is gone and we had a volume day.
Has anyone else had transactions magically disappear with no trace and no help or escalation for Square Support?

Oh gosh what an issue. I have to say in my 9 years I did have a sale that didn't show up immediately, but it was there a few hours later. I believe I had a connection issue which resulted in the delay. Are you able to reach out to any of those customers and see if they can send you a copy of their receipt or line item from their bank statement so you can give proof to Square?
Sorry to hear you're having an issue here. I haven't experienced anything similar but I wonder if you were in Offline mode on the device the transaction was made on?
