Our valid domain (purchased through Square) has been deleted.

Our domain that we purchased through Square was deleted a few days ago. We had paid for the domain up to Feb 2025. We had it connected to our square website and emails through google workspace, obviously both are no longer working. 

I contacted square support and they reinstated the domain, and while the domain shows in my dashboard once again, it is unmanageable. I cannot connect it to my site or edit any records.  I spoke to someone that escalated the matter to Squares domain team and they have provided no updates in over 48 hours. I have made contact with square support multiple times and I keep getting told it is with the support team. Whilst this is ongoing all our emails bounce back to the sender, it looks like we've gone out of business and work that we have spent many months preparing for could now be lost. 

 

Has anyone experienced the same thing? How did you resolve it?

Hi @BakedSpuds,

 

that doesn’t sound good. Did you get this resolved. What is the domain in question. I can check the dns for you and see what’s not configured correctly.
