so, we recently had a change in ownership and that meant a whole new square account and a need to re-make our POS from scratch. Before, if you clicked on open tickets it would display the total dollar amount for the open tickets, but now that feature is gone and I can’t seem to find how to get it back. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance!

The open Tickets you probably have to open it to see the totals. Then you can save it again. This is what I found out with My Saved Carts in Square for Retail. Retail calls it Saved Carts, Restaurant calls it Open Tickets. I use to be able to see the totals without opening the Saved Cart but after an Upgrade by Square I now have to open the saved cart. I am guessing this is the same for Open Tickets.
On our POS, the open tickets are accessed under a button that says “Tickets” and it has each one listed with its total. What’s missing now is a total for all the saved open tickets.
