Online user receiving CVV code is not valid on mobile phone

A trusted customer is receiving the error "CVV is not valid" on their mobile phone.  Trusted user claims credit card number, CVV code, and expiration are all correct.  Anyone else having issues?

We haven't heard this is a known issue. We'd really want to look into that mobile browser they are using - is it Safari? Or a Chrome Browser? Is the same issue seen if they try it on a Desktop version?
