Online sales notifications

We began using Square website in late July to sell virtual tickets to our events (2 or 3 per week). Up until last week, we have been receiving almost instant notifications by email for each and every purchase - That's Good!. However, for two recent events, the person's name is Not on our list, though their purchase was 10 hours ahead of our event. This is Not good! These are not in spam folder, they are just not there. 

 

We are able to locate the transaction, but we can not be unsure, when setting up for a concert, how many people will be attending. Especially in pandemic times, when our seating is limited.

 

We need an accurate reservation list when folks are coming in our front door to be seated for a concert.  We need to create an accurate reservation list from Reports within our Square system.

If this is still happening we would like to take a look into this for you. While email notification do rely on your email provider we need to make sure that our system is behaving as expected.
