Online orders filtered by pickup date and date placed?

We own a donut shop. Our business receives online orders placed several days in advance. When we go into the square "Orders" tab, it only shows us sales and items filtered by the date placed, not by the date they need to pickup. This is challenging, because it becomes a guessing game to figure out the exact number of donuts we need to make for each day we're open. We're literally having to go in and categorize the orders by when they need to be picked up and then count each order by hand to know how much product to make to cover all of the orders.

Feature Request: Ability to filter by fulfillment date/type and also please allow to mark an order as "received" or "accepted" before marking the item as "ready"
