Beginning last week when online orders print the full date prints rather than the name.
If we choose to reprint the ticket the name prints correctly.
We are using basic square on android tablets with the Fresh KDS app as our printers.
Orders placed in person print as expected.
Any thoughts?
@hyethai freshKDS either uses the direct print method of emulating a printer or you use the cloud version that interfaces with square API.
Are you having the fresh KDS app print tickets?
If you are, contact FreshKDS as they may know of the issue, but android is very different than iPads. I one time used the android because the iPad version was messing up the ticket printing for online orders.
Sometimes when square does updates to the api or something like that it can "break" something, but fresh is pretty good about fixing it. I used to use them but went all in on square's KDS and for the most part it is much better except for being able to schedule tickets to pop up later.
