Online checkout autofill address

When ordering online, customers are prompted to the “autofill address”. That is confusing, for example because it does not understand PO Boxes. 
I suspect I lose customers this way. 


Customers can choose “enter manually”. I would MUCH prefer that this is the default. How can I make that happen?

In a blog from another country (could have been Australia) the developers team had made the manual entry the default form. Can we get that as well?
