Online Store shipping fee being applied to pickup orders?

hello, we are a non-profit art center and have started selling t-shirts on-line to help with our finances while we are shut down. The problem is that the site is adding a 7.95 shipping charge automatically to the cost of the shirt even if a customer orders "pick up in store when we re-open" it is also adding 7.95 to shirt when a customer chooses shipping and then adding an additional shipping charge so the customer is getting charged twice for shipping. I have reached out to square and weebly for support but have not been able to get it resolved. any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm a little confused by the issue. Are your shipping settings accurate? Do you have some sort of fee or tax enabled that is being applied to all orders? What happens when someone tries to order an item for delivery?
