I have just tried to order multiple items and when I got to the checkout it says that 'Online Orders are limited to 1 item' I have the add to cart selected so how can I change it so it will allow a customer to pay for multiple items at once please?
Hi @joolzjj26, thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you may have the order quantity limit turns on and set to one item only. To change this:
1. Sign in to your Online site dashboard
2. Go to Settings > Pickup & Delivery
3. Click Advanced settings
4. You can either toggle the "Set a quantity limit for pickup or delivery orders" to grey or change the amount from 1 to what you desire
5. When you're done, click Save
