One item keeps disappearing

Why does one item keep disappearing from my shop iPad? I logged into my personal iPad and it’s there. I tried rendering it, put it keeps disappearing.

Would you mind initiating these troubleshooting steps on the iPad you are having issues on? Normally, these kind of periphery glitches can be solved through software updates for both the device and the app itself.
