I know offline payments usually have to be processed within 24hrs, but given the current outage do we know if the timeframe will be extended. My business is closed over the weekend and the terminal won't be connected to the internet again until Monday morning and I am worried I will lose the stored offline payments from today.
Same issue here! The transactions aren't showing in my transactions list, either!
Yep, this is a problem. Some of my transactions are already 9 or 10 hours old, and refusing to complete. I would suggest doing everything you can to keep your terminal on and connected to the internet, but I don't have faith that will save my transactions at this stage.
We are having the same issue here in Perth. Hundreds of unprocessed payments are still pending.
The system are back online but those transcations in the morning are all still pending.
