Oblast?

Square wants an Oblast. I have no idea what that is. I'm assuming it thinks I'm from somewhere other than the United States. How do I fix this?

Hello @Apelila.  In order to try to help you here, I need you to fill in some big blanks that you omitted.  For issues like this, it is necessary to see a screen shot, or a a complete error message.  Also, it would help to know where this is happening — your online dashboard?  A Square app?  Somewhere else?
