Square is still Square and will remain Square, It is just the company that owns Square is now called Block.
Short answer, No. Bitcoin is not a current option directly in Square.
Long answer, I'm sure some form of Crypto payment will eventually make its way into Square POS but for now, there isn't one and I don't see Bitcoin being it. So I would assume no one wants a $6 transaction costing $5 in fees and taking a half-hour to process. It clearly isn't for use in retail investments.
As with all crypto, you can accept crypto payment outside of Square and use your wallet directly.
