We have set up in our account to be notified each day for our numbers. This was working fine until two days ago. They aren't going to our junk mail either. Any ideas?

We were experiencing some issues with email notifications the other day but the issue has been resolved. If you're still not seeing email notifications come through, you'll need to contact your email service provider so they can make some changes on the back end.

I'm no longer receiving any notificcation emails from Square. I have checked all the settings and added all contact info. I was receiving them fine until 9:30 a.m. yesterday 4/26. Now nothing. No daily sales numbers, no invoice payment alerts, balance transfers, nothing. How do I fix it?

I'm using Icloud email. I have looked through all my settings. I have been using Square for years and have been receiving my emails no problem until Monday April 26 at about 9:30 a.m. Pacific. I haven't received an email since then regarding invoices being paid, balances transfered or daily sales info. I use these emails to run my business and I need them. Please help. Thanks.

I think I fixed the issue with your email address. Keep an eye on your email the next couple of days to make sure your emails are now coming through.

It looks like some of the emails are being delivered successfully. Is there a specific email you are not receiving that you feel should be sent out?
I am not receiving any order email notifications anymore from my online square store. Previous to April 19th I would receive one every time a purchase was made

Have you unsubscribed or made any changes to your email notifications?
For your Online Store, I would recommend checking through your Dashboard > Online > Site Settings > Notifications. Make sure the email address is the one you want them sent to.

No changes were made to my account settings or changes to the email address. Just seems like it stopped on it's own after working for 4 years. Since I verified the notification settings another transaction/purchase was made in our online Square/Weebly store and still no email was sent.

Another option is checking with your email provider. You can ask them to see if there are any issues on their end for receiving the email in particular.

Hey I’m having this issue again with not receiving emails
Have you checked your spam folder @Frxx2019? Most of the time when a single Seller has this situation we recommend looking there or testing with a different email as there are times when email providers flag our emails as spam. When this happens, our team engages the provider to get removed from spam by accident. This can take some time and that is why we advise using a different email (preferably a different email provider too).

@Frxx2019 If you are not receiving email notifications, check your notification settings on the Square Dashboard to make sure you have selected to receive these notifications at the email you are checking.
If, after checking your spam folder and other email filters, you still cannot locate the notification emails, please add [email protected] to your list of contacts.
Please note: Square does not send email notifications for cash transactions.
You can find detailed information about each transaction from the Transactions tab on your dashboard. You can also view your sales history from the Square Point of Sale app on your mobile device.
If the problem persists, reach out to our team via phone with the following information:
-Specify which notification emails you are not receiving (payment and/or deposit)
-Approximate date you stopped receiving notification emails
