I used to receive notifications on the Weebly app on my phone when an order came in but that is no longer the case. This is a must-have for me. I have called Weebly about this and been hung up on, I've reached out via email without response, and still nothing. It has been well over a year.
Part of the annual fee that I pay includes being able to receive a notification that a customer has made a purchase. This is extremely frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear you are running into a frustrating situation with your Weebly app. Do you see any notification banners when you log into the app? Additionally, if you log into your Weebly account from a web-based browser, do you see any alerts for a possible update?
No to both questions.
I was able to get more information from the support team. Unfortunately, this feature is no longer supported.
Do you have your email setup for notifications? I know with my test account I receive an email any time I place an order. This could be an alternative way to be alerted on incoming orders for you.
