Not able to reply to my own post

I raised an issue with my payments failure and lot of people responded and some even said its an issue with the app but suddenly I cant respond to it? Why was I blocked to respond to my own post? Can someone help me how it works?

I do not know the answer because I can ot post there either.  It appears to be locked or something as it gives me an error I don't have permission to comment and it is all greyed out.

This is kind of the issue with this company square now very fast loosing its customers. People who trusted them for years and paid all the fees, now feeling betrayed. They dont stay behind their technology and the issues. Suddenly stopping someone to post and doing all things non transparently is what I think its going towards.
