I've just experienced a problem where my online dashboard switched to Norwegian! It took me a while, but I eventually found the fix in the US seller community:
At the bottom right of the dashboard is a language selection box. Change it back to Emglish (or whatever your preferred language is), and it should go back to normal.
No idea how it happened or why!
