Square Appointments- cash and etransfer payments.
We all get busy time to time and forget to ring someone in or we recieve an etransfer hours later and forget to cash then out online.
When we do...we are stuck in the same boat I am now. I cashed out a bunch of 2020 appointments that were paid but never reported on the app. All the transactions are now posted and showing for today(this evening). That's alot of sales for one evening. I'll have to refund them all and find another way to report these amounts for 2020 as there is no where to have the transaction match the appointment date!
Any work around to changing the date on transactions or matching receipts to past booked appointments?
