No effective report for Reconciliation

Hi, 

I have defined square as a bank account and I need a report just like a bank statement that shows all credits (sales) and debits (payouts) on my square account in separate rows. I found no such report. Is any such report?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community!

You can find a list of transactions made by Square on your transaction history - which includes display of refunded transactions. Is this the kind of thing you are looking for?

While this report doesn't exactly show like a bank statement (and we're not a bank), it should provide all the information you need to determine what went in and out on a given day.

You can also find more detailed reports and various different ways to display and filter sales data via the Reports section of the dashboard.

Thanks for your response. That report only included sales and refunds. I need a report that includes the payouts (payment from square to my bank account) along with sales and refunds. In other words, I want a report that includes all things that affect my balance with Square (which are sales, refunds, square payouts). Do you have any such report?

Hey @zimemo,

Got you! I think the closest thing we have here would be your transfer reports, which includes a breakdown of transactions and refunds that make up each deposit.
