No SHOP NOW button on smartphones for my on line store

My on line store works fine on ipad (when held horizontally) or computer, but on a mobile phone there is no "SHOP NOW" button, nor is there the "three little bars" everyone keeps suggesting to access a drop down menu that supposedly includes the "SHOP NOW" option. Any help?

HI, it can be frustrating knowing something should be there.  

For reference this is what I see without and with a Shop Now button.

The Button option needs to be On within the Header options.

The 3 lines upper right when clicked a slide out menu appears shows Home, Shop All.

With a Shop Now button activated, the slide out menu shows the Shop Now button.

Thanks for your help. My button is enabled in the header section, but still not appearing for some people on their phones. I just yesterday learned that I see the shop now on my ipad in horizontal, but not when vertical like a phone. Some phone users are seeing the same thing. Some customers swear they saw the three bars in the past, and have ordered, but that the bars are no longer there. I appreciate your input.

Hey @vaneg2k - Welcome back to our Seller Community! 

I was able to replicate the issue on my iPhone 11. I didn’t see the "Shop Now" button when I went to the website. 

After consulting with our Weebly experts, we found that on mobile the shop all page is included on the slideout navigation menu. Because there are no other pages in the navigation menu the slideout is not showing on mobile for us to have room to display the "Shop Now" button. You will need to display pages in the navigation menu or make a shop all link/button on the main page to allow mobile visitors to also reach the page.
