No Owner - Public Entity - Government - Exempt

I would like to use Square to sell tickets from our public entity (City). There is no owner because it is an exempt government agency, governed by an appointed Board of Directors, whose membership changes annually. How would you suggest I open an account, considering Square requires a legal name and SSN to register? Clearly, it would not be practical to open a new account each time a Board Chairperson and/or Director changes. Thank you.

Hey @RABASeller2020 - unfortunately there' no way around this - Federal law requires that Square verifies and records info that identifies each person who opens an account which entails providing a legal name and SSN of an individual.
