Newsletter trouble

I am trying to send a newsletter through marketing, it will not let me select my custom email group I created out of my reachable customers. Nor will it let me pick any custom group at all. Ideas?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. Sounds like you may be having a browser issue.

I'd suggest logging into the Marketing tab of your Dashboard using a Google Chrome browser, or if you are creating this on a mobile device - you'll want to use Google Chrome as your browser.

You should then see the option to create your Newsletter and select the Custom Group from the Audience screen.
