New site issues

Can anyone tell me why?

Ive created a new site for clients to self-serve. Ive added 10 items to a category. When I view on laptop it shows 7 items. When I view on Iphone it shows 3 items, the 3 not showing on laptop???

Hi @grantshel, thanks for raising this! That does sound quite strange. There are a couple things we can check to make sure all the items will appear:

• Check that items have Self-serve ordering as one of their fulfilment method
• Check that all items have been marked as Visible and not Hidden or Unavailable
• Check that all items are in stock (if you have stock tracking enabled)

If you can share a link to the website with me, I can also check it on my end to see if the items are coming up for myself as well!
