We opened another location in house and the pos will not give us an option to print customer receipts. The current previous location still gives us the option. What changed and how do we get around the change to offer printed receipts to our customers?
@Encounter Are you saying that when you go into settings to configure your printers on your Square POS that the toggle to print receipts is not even there? I’m assuming that you have configured your settings to connect to your printer.
