New location appointments not synching with mobile app

I have added a new location for my patients called "Telemedicine".  Patients have scheduled with me through this but it doesn't show up on my mobile app.

I made it a mobile location when I created it.  The appointment "items" that I made are different for this since they are of a different nature than my physical appointments.

I tried putting my physical location in as well under the "edit service" and it still didn't work.

Without being able to see your setup of this it's hard to say from here what could be causing this to not sync.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to our Appointments specialists directly either by phone or email to take a closer look with you to make sure this is set up correctly or that we have the capabilities for what you're looking to do here.
