This is an ongoing/continual problem with Square's 1099-K Tax Forms. Our S Corporation uses a FISCAL YEAR of June 1-May 31 of the following year. However, Square ONLY HAS THE ABILITY to produce 1099-Ks based on a standard calendar year of January-December. HOW are we supposed to use a 1099-K that DOES NOT accurately portray our entire Fiscal Year of June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023? Why does this seem so difficult?
Hello @Best_In_Denver
I'm personally sorry to hear that our Tax filing process doesn't meet your business needs. I recommend reaching out to a tax advisor so they can best point you in the right direction here.
