Not at the moment as far as I know!
I'd say it's probably not doable with Square unfortunately, for terms of service reasons among possible others - eg you can't currently sell cryptocurrency using a Square merchant payment account either.
My best guess here is that you'd need to go with a specialist platform. It's pretty interesting new tech, would love to hear back from you if you're able to find a decent platform for selling NFTs that you can recommend 🙂
