I am having several problems with Square:
1. i am not a business owner, but need to pay for services for someone who is in Canada and i am in USA
2. I cannot complete registration because the link I used was sent from Canada, and my location is USA
3. Please help! I cannot figure out the process

Are you trying to pay an invoice sent by a Canadian business owner who is using Square ? If that's the case, you wouldn't need to create a Square account to pay the invoice.
Unfortunately, once you have created a Square account, you cannot change the country of activation. I invite you to contact our Support Team directly, so they can help deactivate the Canadian account. You'll then be able to set up a US account from this link.
