My website online keeps saying car unavailable so noone can buy anything but sales is turned on?

When you go to purchase an item its unavailable but my sales is on? Help

Hi @Wildbotanicals, sorry to hear you are getting this message! There are a few things we can check to make sure customers can place order:

• Make sure Order Online is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to your Square Dashboard > Online Store > Settings > Checkout
• Make sure items are in stock, set to Visible and have fulfilment methods applied to them.
• Make sure your fulfilment methods are fully setup.
• Unpublish and republish your site to make sure the site is fully secured.
