My products are unavailable in my store despite being in stock

No matter what I do I cannot get my products to display in my online store. 

 

They are in stock on my dashboard. On my online item list the stock next to each item says -- but when I click into the item it is synced, and the stock level is there.

 

I have linked it to my Facebook page, so the products show there, but when the user clicks the product it shows the user a product picture and description, then a grey button saying unavailable. 

 

If i go directly to the web address of the webstore then no products are shown. I have gone through all the truble shooting in the 

Troubleshoot Non-visible Items in Square Online

guide on this forum and nothing worked. All my items do have the same modifyer list. Would that affect the stock?

 

Please help. I can't spend any more time on this. ☹️☹️

Hi @WonderfulCakeCo, I'll do my best to help here! If you've run through all the steps in the article, there are a couple more things we can check:

  • Make sure that your location is set to Physical Location and not Mobile on your Square Dashboard
  • I had a look at your website and I can see the current default fulfilment method is Pickup. It's worth going into individual item and check that they have this method enabled. If you want to setup a different fulfilment method, you'll need to check the box within the item details page and also make sure that everything is set up under the Fulfilment tab

The individual fulfilment was incorrectly set to local delivery, I've changed that and now they're showing. Thanks 🙂
