I called and they said it should work but still not working. Has anyone had issues?

Sorry to hear of the troubles!
What kind of error message are you receiving, and, more importantly, what steps are you taking to get to that error? Did you get an email from Square telling you that your account was suspended?
I would also recommend making sure the app and the device you're using are completely up to date. This usually clears up a lot of issues.
