A majority of the employees show the location where they clocked in, but a couple do not show anything. Why would this happen and can we fix it?

Would you mind clarifying your question a bit? I want to make sure I am understanding your correctly here. Are your looking for data about which location your Employees clock-in at, or are you looking for the location of a physical device when they log in?
I took a look into your account and was not able to see any recent Timecard data, but again - I want to make sure I didn't miss the mark here in interpreting your original question.
