Help with excepting cards on employees square app

I'm having a hard time understanding your question. Are you having issues logging in one of your employees to process payments on their device? If so, can you explain specifically what is happening? If you could also include some screen shots or specific descriptions of what you are seeing, that would be so helpful!

Yes my employee has always used her app for square and now it’s saying she’s reached her limit with charging ? But I and another employee have no problems ?
