My discounts are not showing up at checkout, what am i doing wrong?
They're active and "show up" on my online store as little boxes under the item price, but they dont show what the discounts bring the item price down to and the discounts aren't showing up AT ALL once i get to the check out screen. Help!
Hello @Wildlyliberty I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Could you post a screenshot so I can see what you're referencing (the little boxes), I'm not sure what that may mean. Are you aware that Discounts and Coupons are two different things in your Square Dashboard, depending on if it's an online or in-person savings?
@HC_Charlie I logged into the seller community the next day after posting this and saw that Square was resolving an issue with the online store feature. I didn't understand all of what it said but the discounts on the online store are working now!
