My Website is not Showing the the whole home page and other page

Hello I have published the website and it does not show the whole page, it is cut off in half, and cannot see the whole page. Please help. Website: drpaulmason.com.au

Looking at your website, I’m able to see the footer on each page. To confirm, are the page/s cut off when viewing the site on different devices/web browsers?
