My Payment link is returning "Something went wrong We couldn't find that page."

So I have been granted full permissions Team role. I created an item and linked to a plan. But the sharable link is not accessible:

I see this error when accessing it:
Something went wrong
We couldn't find that page.

Check your link and try again.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m also getting an error when trying to access the link on my end. When you get a chance, try deleting the item and recreating it, then share the new link. If the issue continues after that, just let me know — I’m happy to take another look.
