My item library is there when I first log in. Disappears if I try to do anything. I am trying to create purchase orders. Square won't look up by sku at all. It sometimes will look up by description, but not always. When I save as draft or refresh, sometimes the next item will appear. If I look back at item library, it is gone. I have restarted my computer multiple times, restarted Chrome. It was working fine last night. No live support available on weekends. Anyone have any ideas?
We're having the same problem. Square, this is a BIG ISSUE!!! Weekends are when your actual customers, the retailers and restaurants, are the busiest. HAVE IMMEDIATE SUPPORT AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEED IT!
As far as I can tell, the actual inventory and item list still exist, but I can't access it in any useful way and I also need to create purchase orders. I don't know what's going on, but it's making me very nervous ahead of what should be a very busy sales day and at the start of a critical shopping season.
I just got off a chat with Square support, they say they are "experiencing problems on their end" and working on it. Our register is working again after a restart, no help in the dashboard. I'm going to export my library as a backup, and hope they get things fixed before the end of the weekend so I can get PO's done also.
