I am trying to transfer my money to my bank account but Square is saying that my ‘Bank Status’ has failed. I don’t know what to do as the bank account details I have used are legit and are functioning properly. I have also reached out to my bank on this matter and they have said it is Square’s matter to resolve. Anyone else have this problem??

While there are a number of reasons why your bank link might fail, most commonly it's because the account is non-transactional. That's not to say the bank account is not active and functional, rather it does not support both deposits and withdrawals.
Square must be able to both credit and debit money from your account, in the event of a chargeback or refund. So, it's also worth keeping in mind that prepaid cards are also not supported.

If you believe your bank account type meets all the criteria for a successful verification, then as @doc_choc mentioned, it might be worth reaching out to our Customer Success team so they can take a look at an account level.
@Redlime not come across this one. Possibly beyond the scoop for the forum to help with. I would suggest calling the Square support team and raising a support ticket with them. They are really helpful and should get to the bottom of this one pretty quickly for you. Link below

I am not receiving funds from Square although they are certain they have been transferred. Has anyone dealt with this?
