Mobile business. How to increase or decrease service area?

I'm a mobile mechanic. I go to people's homes and shops when they book me and perform diagnostic and repairs on vehicles. Im new to the square platform though. How do I edit or even see my service area? I have already added my location and changed it to mobile but thats all I can find.

Hi @quintin 👋 thanks for your post. 

 

I just wanted to confirm that you are using Square Appointments to manage your services? 

 

If you're using Square Appointments you will have the ability to review requested Appointments before they are officially booked. You can toggle this on in the settings section of Square Appointments.

 

Although there is no section to enter an address for bookings. As a workaround, service descriptions will be displayed when a customer is making a selection for an appointment. You can add a note in the description requesting the customer to provide their address in the optional field of booking an appointment.

 

So then you will be able to check if they're within your area and you have the option to decline the appointment request.
