Missing Feedback

Hey Everybody,

 

So I've only been taking payments for about a month, but about midway through December I did a couple of credit card transactions and was really excited to see I had some customer feedback that was positive.  Now when I look in the Feedback section of my account, it's not there -- even when I check all the different filter options to show everything.  Can anyone help me figure it out?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. All of your feedback should be on your Square Dashboard under Customers > Feedback. Make sure you have the date/time filtered to the correct period, otherwise your older reviews will not show up. 

 

If you've tried all that and the feedback is still not showing up, then you will need to do some troubleshooting on your browser. Try the steps below and let me know if the feedback is still missing after that! Thank you!

 

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
  • Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.
