hopefully somebody else has had this issue in the past and could help me. I’ve reached out to both meta-and square and they both say it’s the other platforms issue. I finally got approved to sell through meta-shops, and it’s synced some of my items but somethings were messed up and then causing issues and showing that there were none in stock. So I refreshed and went to Square and then Square somehow got disconnected from Meta and they’re saying that it’s still connected but I’m on able to sync anything because I don’t have that connection showing me the items that are published. Does anybody know what to do or who to reach out to you? I feel like I’ve gone through so many people at this point.
our meta disconnected a long time ago and have no idea how to get it back either. You'll likely have to get Square on the phone and try and find a Meta specialist.
