Would be great if this could have been included in the original description when setting up Sqaure eGift Cards.

To enable the Manual Gift Card Entry menu item at the Square POS CHARGE MENU you first have to enable the payment type under:
APP\SettingsCheckut\Payment Types\Manual Gift Card Entry <ENABLE>
