I have been recently getting message that Magstripe is connected on iPad 5 mini when it isn’t. It is affecting my iPad as there is no sound on any app. This occurred when I upgraded to iOS 17.2.

Perhaps contacting Square's Tech Support would be a better option as the Community is not the same as Tech Support. Hopefully they can assist however, it's interesting as you stated that's there's "no sound" on "any app" since you upgraded to iOS 17.2 ... from personal experience in the past - I'm thinking that this is not exactly a Square issue as other "apps" have been included. Perhaps some other Community members have some thoughts.
