Last week my magstripe reader stopped working. Both of them on my phone and tablet thats never been an issue. So I ate the higher percentage manually inputing card numbers but now that doesn't look like an option either. What's going on??
Hey @styliststacey - That's strange that manual input wouldn't work for you either. For your Magstripe reader, I recommend these troubleshooting steps. For the app, try Square Point of Sale App Troubleshooting.
Hopefully, those will get your reader talking to your app again or make the manual option available again at the very least. If not, reach out to our CS team and they can advise whether it's necessary to get a new reader.
