Several customers are showing different star count on their phone and the Square Register. There was also this one customer that was showing 12 stars on the customer display but only 3 stars on the main display. How can I fix this? I checked the customer dashboard and it did not record the sale on their account even though they checked-in using their number.
How do I contact support? I need help fixing this mess.
